The individuals involved with Kepler College are a varied group, from administration to volunteers. All of us are interested in seeing that the academic study of astrology has a chance to thrive.
Kepler College believes in a shared system of governance between the Board of Trustees, Faculty Senate and Administrative Governance Council. The Board of Trustees's primary mission is to ensure the College has adequate resources to perform the College's mission and oversees matters of general policy relating to its mission, overall educational programs, general operations and strategic plannning. The Board delegates to the other governing bodies the duties which lie in their areas of expertise. The Faculty Senate focuses on the need to maintain high academic quality and integrity in the College and provides an official voice for faculty participation in College governance. The Administrative Governance Council is designed to ensure administrators coordinate on the implementation of administrative policies, and to communicate those policies to the Board of Trustees and the Faculty.
