The Planets and Beyond in Dante's Paradiso

register-blueSaturday, November 2 beginning at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 4:00 p.m. Eastern

Join Joseph Crane on a journey through Dante, Astrology and the Soul's Immortality .... Spiritual cosmology has been with us from the distant past and will always be of interest. From the early fourteenth century, Dante's Divine Comedy traces a spiritual journey with a cosmology that should be appealing and provocative to modern astrologers who are interested in spiritual dimensions of astrology. In this webinar we will explore cantos of the Divine comedy that take place high in the heavens and proceed from planetary time through trans-planetary time to timelessness. We will explore the spiritual significance of astrology's planets, the ecliptic and celestial equator and what lies beyond the stars. We will also see some fascinating parallels to the spiritual cosmology of twentieth-century astrologer Dane Rudhyar. No prior familiarity with Dante is necessary to join in the discussion.
